  Smith Aquatic Safety Service provides expert witness testimony, accident reconstruction and related counseling in cases involving: drowning, boat collisions, diving, PWC's, PFD's, rules of the road, alcohol, hypothermia, pool and beach design and construction, lifeguarding and supervision, water skiing and tubing, dams, rafting, environmental stressors and other areas.

  Smith Aquatic Safety Service provides expert assistance in identifying causitive factors present in water and boating accidents. These factors, although often quite subtle, may have a major effect in producing situations leading to mishaps, injuries and deaths. Due to his academic background in educational psychology, Dr. Smith has testified concerning a number of behavioral issues such as reaction time, learning progressions, propriety of signs and warnings, etc.
